Privacy policy

Nakavu collects the minimum needed to introduce people over coffee. We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads.
What we collect
Your email address to sign in; the profile you fill in yourself (name, job title, department, city, meeting format, languages, interests, photo); workspace memberships; match history and your “did you meet?” answers.
Why
To make matches, send match emails and reminders, and show history and (anonymised) statistics to workspace admins.
Who sees your data
Your profile and email are visible only to members of the workspaces you’re in. Admins see the member list and participation status, but not whether a specific pair met.
Where it’s stored
In Supabase (database and authentication) in the EU. Emails are sent through Resend. Both process data only on our behalf.
How long
As long as you have an account. Leaving a workspace deletes your history there; deleting your account deletes everything.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile any time, turn off emails, leave a workspace or delete your account. Under the GDPR you can also request a copy of your data — just write to us.
Cookies
Only the essentials: your sign-in session, chosen language and theme. No third-party analytics.
